1. Booking Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.

• Customers must provide accurate personal and travel information during the booking process.

2. Payment Policy

• A deposit or advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made through the payment methods accepted by Paul Travels Shillong.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation timeline mentioned at the time of booking.

• Any non-refundable charges such as hotel reservations, permits, airline tickets, or third-party service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

• No refunds will be provided for unused services after the tour has commenced.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Requests for changes to travel dates, destinations, or services are subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply for modifications made after booking confirmation.

5. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and any permits or documents required for their journey.

• Paul Travels Shillong is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Arrive on time for departures and scheduled activities.

• Respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers.

• Follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers.

• Take responsibility for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

7. Limitation of Liability

Paul Travels Shillong acts as an intermediary for transportation, accommodation, and other travel services. While we strive to provide reliable services, we shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, strikes, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Pricing

• Tour prices are subject to change due to fuel costs, taxes, government regulations, or supplier price changes.

• Once a booking is confirmed and fully paid, the agreed price will generally remain unchanged unless additional services are requested.

9. Accommodation & Transport

• Hotels and vehicles are provided according to the package booked.

• In exceptional circumstances, equivalent alternatives may be arranged without prior notice.

10. Force Majeure

Paul Travels Shillong shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, government actions, or severe weather.

11. Privacy

We respect your privacy and use your personal information solely for processing bookings, providing travel services, and communicating important travel updates. Your information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide booked services.

12. Website Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate. However, prices, itineraries, availability, and other details may change without prior notice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Shillong, Meghalaya.
